Kerry Annex

He is a graduate of Building Engineering at the Prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria. After graduating with distinction, he studied a professional health and safety management course. With vast experience in CAD (Computerized Automation/Aid Drafting) and construction-related activities management, his influence on the building industry is connected to all his achievements.

Before joining the company, he gathered professional experience at Premier Construction Company LTD, where he worked as the Supervising Site Engineer. He later joined BTI in 2012 as the project manager responsible for managing different construction sites across Nigeria.

He served at the Ministry of Housing Ekiti state as an Analysis and Control Engineer on different government construction sites. Lastly, he worked with Lekki Garden to develop a housing unit across the country's shore.

With field and consultancy experience of more than five (5) years, he finally became a junior project manager at AEK Construction Company, an indigenous company with extraordinary achievements in the construction industry.
