Multipurpose Hall With Basement for Ascension Church Opebi Ikeja.
It is located on a maximum floor space of 1500 square meters, which offers sufficient space to fit 270 exhibition stands; it can also cater for dinner and conference events for up to 200 people and concerts with audiences of up to 300 people. The hall is divided into corporate meetings, Training venues, Seminars, Symposiums, Concerts, Book/Product launches, Wedding receptions, Religious services & programs, Indoor events, Birthday parties and other celebrations.The hall's foundation is designed based on the combination of pad and strip foundation with pad footing spanning four by four square meters. It has a parking basement spanning about 1350 sq. meters supported sideways by designed retaining walls. The massive columns and beams provide strategic support to the building and transmit the overall bearing load downward to the foundation.
GHK Architect designed the building; Kenol Nigeria Ltd designed the mechanical and electrical work. We were part of the project team that worked with John Kollins LTD as the project contractor in the execution of the project.
